Serbian tennis player, Novak Djokovic, was deeply relaxed ahead of the opening of the 2013 Australian Open on tuesday (14/1). though relaxed, world number one is hoping to make a new history in the early grand slam event of the year.

Djokovic hopes to succeed in championship once more this year. That way, it'll create a new history by winning the Australian Open titles for 3 consecutive years since 2011. Djokovic can begin the championship with face another frenchman, Paul-Henri Mathieu.

"I try to get through it with ease. Day by day and we'll see however i will survive. i think in the early rounds all participants have an equal footing. so i would not feel that my position is much better than the other," said Djokovic.

In 2012 then, Djokovic won the Australian Open trophy once beating each reversing dri fierce Spaniard, Rafael Nadal. Djokovic and Nadal had to play 5 sets with duration up to 5 hours and fifty three minutes.

This year, Djokovic will meet opponents weight, because Nadal should be absent due to an injury to the knee and stomach. Djokovic rate, Nadal's absence is a huge loss for tennis lovers across the world.

"I know him well. we grow and develop in a very way that's almost the same. so i know that he is a tough opponent, a strong fighter, and not known to give up," said Djokovic.
